1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Go Togother application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of service
Go Togother is a carpooling platform that connects drivers and passengers for intercity trips in Thailand. We act solely as an intermediary and are not a transportation company. Drivers are private individuals who share their journeys, not professional drivers.
3. User accounts
You must create an account to use Go Togother. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
4. Driver obligations
Drivers must hold a valid Thai driver's license, maintain a vehicle in roadworthy condition, comply with all Thai traffic laws, carry valid vehicle insurance, and behave courteously toward passengers at all times.
5. Passenger obligations
Passengers must be punctual at the agreed pickup location, respect the driver's vehicle, comply with any rules the driver sets for their vehicle (smoking, luggage, etc.), and behave respectfully at all times.
6. Payments and refunds
Payment is made through the app via PromptPay or in cash as agreed with the driver. In the event of driver cancellation, passengers who paid online will receive a full refund within 1–3 business days.
7. Prohibited uses
You may not use Go Togother for commercial transportation services, to transport dangerous goods, to engage in fraudulent bookings, or for any activity that violates Thai law.
8. Limitation of liability
Go Togother is not liable for any accidents, losses, or damages that may occur during a trip. We strongly encourage all users to review driver ratings and ensure they are comfortable before booking.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
