Driver identity verification
Every driver submits a valid Thai national ID and a current driver's license before posting a trip, with each document reviewed manually by our team.
Two-way rating system
Drivers and passengers rate each other after every trip. Low-rated accounts are flagged and reviewed. Consistent bad behaviour leads to permanent ban.
Real-time GPS tracking
Track your trip live on the map directly in the app. Share a live tracking link with a family member or friend so they always know where you are.
Emergency SOS button
One tap sends your exact GPS location and trip details to your emergency contacts and our safety team. Available at any moment during a trip.
Secure in-app messaging
All communication between drivers and passengers happens inside the app. Personal phone numbers are never shared or exposed.
Traceable payments
Pay through PromptPay — regulated and traceable — or settle in cash directly with your driver if you prefer.

How we verify every driver
Account creation
The driver registers with a verified phone number. No anonymous accounts are allowed.
Document submission
Thai national ID card and a valid driver's license are uploaded directly in the app.
Manual review
Our safety team reviews every document within 24 hours. Expired or invalid documents are rejected.
Approval & badge
Approved drivers receive a "Verified" badge on their profile, visible to all passengers before booking.

When a trip starts, real-time GPS tracking activates automatically. You can share a live tracking link with anyone — no app required on their side. Parents can follow their children's school run from start to finish.
